L’acetosella è un’erbacea perenne dallo sviluppo cespuglioso. Le foglie si caratterizzano per il piacevole gusto acidulo.
Le foglie fresche sono ottime da consumare crude per insaporire insalate e piatti freddi!
La pianta regala anche una bellissima fioritura di colore giallo/arancio.
