Wood sorrel

Wood sorrel is a perennial herbaceous plant with a bushy development. The leaves are characterized by a pleasant acidic taste.

The fresh leaves are excellent to eat raw to flavor salads and cold dishes!

The plant also gives a beautiful yellow/orange flowering.
