Lemon balm

Melissa is a perennial and bushy plant. Its pleasant scent recalls fresh and citrus notes.

It is an excellent herb for flavoring salads, fish, poultry and game.

Lemon balm leaves can also be used to make hot infusions. Try a few leaves in cool summer water!
