Alpine mint is ideal for making balsamic infusions, excellent as an addition to salads and fish and vegetable dishes, as well as for fruit salads.

• Useful advice on alpine mint? Cut it often! The vegetation will grow back quickly and you will always have young and tender leaves available to add to your preparations!
