Agastache foeniculum is a herbaceous and perennial plant native to North America.

The leaves of this species are characterized by the anisate scent and are excellent to use on sauces, fish, salads and game, and furthermore to make refreshing aromatic infusions and as a scented addition to fruit salads and ice cream. Use its aromatic flowers to flavor and decorate your dishes!

The plant develops erect, reaching about 60 cm in height. The summer flowering is characterized by its purple spikes, particularly interesting for bees and pollinating insects.
