This blend of 100% Italian integral fine salt is ideal for flavoring dishes based on fish.

The leaves of thyme and parsley they give freshness to the dish, while the leaves of Erba luigia and the seeds of coriander, enrich it with citrus notes and a fresh aniseed scent.
