Chamomile

Roman chamomile is a perennial and hardy species. Grow it easily in the garden or on the balcony in a pot.

This species is very resistant to summer heat and winter cold! It will grow compact and fragrant and will give you abundant flowering in the summer.

The infusion of chamomile flowers is traditionally used as relaxing and mild sedative.

The young leaves are also excellent as an addition to spring salads!

• Useful advice on Chamomile? Collect the flower heads that will appear in the summer, dry them and store them in an airtight container. You can use it for an excellent DIY herbal tea!
