Lime balm

Melissa mandarina is a perennial and bushy plant. Its pleasant scent recalls fruity notes of mandarin and exotic fruits.

It is an excellent aromatic herb for flavoring salads, fish, chicken and game.

Lemon balm leaves can also be used to make hot infusions. Try a few leaves in fresh summer water or in a delicious cocktail!

*At the same time as the autumn/winter period, the plant has little or no vegetation.
