Static or sea lavender

Limonium latifolium grows undisturbed in stony and draining areas. The plant prefers very sunny exposures and dry soils, giving a delicate but profuse flowering throughout the summer of an intense violet color.

It is an easy-to-grow plant, particularly cold and dry resistant.

Limonium is also an ideal plant for pollinating insects and bees that find sustenance in the blooms.
