Orange thyme

This thyme is characterized by its bushy habit and green-grey foliage.

The foliage has a citrus flavor and spicy balsamic with strongly and can be used in cooking to flavour sweet and savoury dishes, as well as drinks.

The summer bloom is white-pink.
