Lemon thyme

Lemon thyme is a perennial species with a bushy growth. Its green foliage is characterized by the citrate scent.

This perennial is widely usedilized as an aromatic in the kitchen. In fact, the flowers and leaves are collected to flavor soups, meat and fish dishes, pizzas and vegetables. Also excellent as an addition to sweet dishes, fruit salads and ice cream.
