Kaffir lime

It is a small thorny sap of genus Citrus.

This citrus has spread largely in Southeast Asia, is used not only as a medicious remedy but above all as an aromatic addition to the many dishes of the local kitchens.

Try it in combination with fish, white meats and vegetables!
